All businesses have a strategic plan, but in most small businesses the strategic plan exists only in the owner’s head. By getting that plan down on paper (one or two pages, not in a big binder), the whole team can see it. They can make decisions independently and with confidence that those decisions are leading to the outcomes that the company is striving for.
